Our Story
Our Story
In nearly 50 years, Kettler Forlines Homes has built more than 4,000 homes in 100 neighborhoods throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Our reputation is built on those foundations, and from our uncompromising commitment to quality—materials, design, craftsmanship, and service.
Our Commitmentto Community
As a local, family-owned homebuilding business with deep roots in the Washington, DC area, we maintain a long-standing family tradition of support for many local charitable and non-profit organizations, including Children's National Medical Center, Habitat for Humanity, Homebuilders Care Foundation, Rebuilding Together (formerly Christmas in April), The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, American Red Cross, Montgomery College, and Heritage Montgomery. We are proud of our many employees who volunteer to help Little League teams, high school youth groups, local Chambers of Commerce, and serve on the boards of hospitals and homeowners associations. At Kettler Forlines Homes, we don’t just build communities, we become part of them.
Thinking, working, and building “green”
Our hallmark Clean and Green building standards are central to our commitment to constructing high performance energy efficient homes. We recognize that energy-efficiency and green design are as essential to our homeowners as our attractive pricing and quality craftsmanship.
