About This Plan

The Montgomery is our new home design that presents a traditional yet open floor plan. Visual sight lines carry throughout this home, accented by natural light from ample windows. The huge island Kitchen was carefully planned to utilize the space efficiently, but with contemporary style. The Butler's Pantry represents traditional elegance with a walk-in pantry providing sensible space. The first-floor layout also includes a large Dining Room and family Library. You can customize the grandeur with the addition of a porch or Sunroom. Even the stairway, which is a full foot wider than standard, reflects the large-scale view and thoughtful design of the Montgomery. Upstairs, there is an Owner's Suite (with optional extension), three more large bedrooms, three full baths and an octagonal overlook from the upstairs hall to the first floor that continues the spacious feel of this plan. At 3,550 square feet, the Montgomery looks and feels much larger.
