Allow us to introduce you to our newest floorplan, The Somerset.  Like several of the plans we offer, this family-centric plan is ideal for multi-generaltional living thanks to its TWO Owners' Suites.  With one on the first floor, and one on the second floor, families can choose which arrangement works best for them.  Both suites are spacious and include two walk-in closets and a private bath.   The Somerset is a very accommodating plan.  If you don't need the second Owners' Suite, you can opt for a loft or flex space.  There are also options for a Sunroom off the breakfast area, a 3-car garage, and a finished Recreation Room, Den or Office in the lower level.  No matter the size of your family, this home has plenty of space and flexibility.
